Ireoluwa Soetan is a social entrepreneur with a core drive to spearhead continuous economic improvement and develop individual potential for higher productivity. Her current drive in the fashion industry has propelled her to acquire high level expertise in Pattern Making and Garment Construction from the prestigious Institution Di Moda Burgo in Milan, Italy and Fashion Design from London College of Fashion.

A serial entrepreneur with a passion for excellence, she is the founder of Annaire Art and Fashion Academy (A+ Fashion Academy) - a premier fashion institute that aims at transforming the African fashion industry by equipping her students with global fashion entrepreneurial skills. She has a goal of developing 1000 African fashion entrepreneurs and high-end fashion technical skills within 3years.

Ireoluwa has used that platform to impact over 438 participants in various programmes like the Business of Fashion Incubator (BOFI), Pattern Drafting Academy, free online webinars, real time classes and the Creative Cohort. Ireoluwa also combines her passion for fashion with exceptional talent development skills which she deploys in building the capacity of participants across the spectrum of industries she has worked in.

She ran a fashion house that styled important dignitaries like First ladies, wives of political leaders, Elite professionals and upwardly mobile individuals.

She has a degree in Business Administration from University of Ilorin, Kwara State Nigeria
