Oluwatoyin is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The People Impact Company, a prime Human Resources consulting firm dedicated to improving talent management practices for small and medium scale businesses. The company provides innovative and tailored solutions for businesses to build and maintain supportive Human Resource structure needed to attract and retain talent for corporate cum revenue growth.
In her position, she leads strategy and oversees operations. She is passionate about changing the narrative of employment through optimal HR practices while helping people and businesses achieve their full potential. Through her in-depth knowledge of the Nigerian market, she has led her team to deliver advisory
services that focus on business and people growth, working with more than 100 SMEs and SMEs aggregators.
Prior to her current role, she has worked in management positions in the Human Resources division of several businesses. She has equally functioned in administrative roles and as such, has comprehensive knowledge of the dynamics of business processes.
She has consistently impacted a wide range of business across varied geographical locations, significantly improving results and organisational efficiency. In recognition of her extensive knowledge and expertise, she has been invited as a guest on business radio shows to speak on human resources, entrepreneurship, career improvement and structuring for start-ups and SMEs.
She has also created and facilitated several learning programme contents across Human Resources, Customer Service, Self and Team Management, Negotiation, Career Management, Interpersonal Relations and Emotional Intelligence.
